Evaluation of the pension insurance-supported prevention program "RV Fit" with web-based training phase of the Center for Prevention of the Klinik Höhenried rehabilitation center - summative evaluation- CeP Online 2
Background
To counteract initial health restrictions and maintain the ability to work, the DRV offers the "RV Fit" prevention programs and, at the Center for Prevention of the Klinik Höhenried rehabilitation center (CeP), the additional psychological focus "Energie Vital". They are aimed at behavioral or lifestyle changes (e.g., increasing exercise, managing stress). The alternative use of the "CeP Online" app in the training phase section enables flexible program participation.
Methods
Following a formative evaluation (part 1: feasibility and optimization potentials), part 2 is a summative evaluation of the effectiveness and sustainability of the measure using the app (cohort study with a waiting-control group design).
