We regularly offer the young scientists from the CRU 5001 the opportunity to improve their scientific skills through our Hands-on Classes. The aim of this programm is to provide practical experience in a wide range of scientific techniques related to pain research.
The three-hour program – 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. – includes the following offers on Friday, February 23th, 2024:
- Introduction to the Python programming language for life sciences
- Machine learning: basics and examples
- Pharmacotherapy: compliance and drug safety in pain treatment
- Pain behavioural tests: troubleshooting
Courses are conceived and delivered by the principal investigators and/or scientific experts from their respective working groups.
