A network for conquering anxiety

The Comprehensive Anxiety Center (CAC) and its facilities are interconnected on different levels with various self-help groups and support services for patients. In addition, we participate in international research alliances that investigate the role of genes in anxiety disorders or develop imaging techniques for mental disorders.

Clinical Networks

In patient care, we cooperate with important regional and national organizations that provide and coordinate information and support for patients and their relatives:

Society of Anxiety Research g

The Society of Anxiety Research (GAF) promotes scientific research into the development and treatment of anxiety disorders and provides information for patients. In 2019, the Department of Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy (PPP) in Würzburg received the "Certificate National Care Center - Anxiety Disorders" from the GAF.
