- National reference center for thyroid carcinomas , adrenal carcinomas and (malignant) pheochromocytomas / paragangliomas
- Additionally a special expertise for Cushing‘s and Conn‘s syndrome , acromegaly , prolactinoma , parathyroid, certain testicular cancer and neuroendocrine tumors (carcinoid , insulinoma, gastrinoma (Zollinger-Ellison syndrome ), VIPoma (Werner -Morrison-syndrome ), for instance multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 1 and 2 (MEN 1 and MEN 2)
